2. Choose the material of the carton
According to the weight of your goods and your cost, you should reasonably choose the material of the carton. Cartons are made of cardboard, so you need to have a solid understanding of the concept of cardboard. Our ordinary corrugated mailing box is made of corrugated board, including face paper, corrugated paper, core paper and inner paper. The quality of the material is usually related to the weight of each square meter. The heavier the weight of each square meter, the better the quality is. 3. Selection of carton thickness

4. Printing problems

So be sure to confirm the printing content with the carton manufacturer several times. Some tiny mistakes can be covered with self-adhesive stickers or warm water stickers with the same color as the carton appearance, but it is not pretty enough. We should provide the most accurate printing data as much as possible, and supervise the carton manufacturer to print strictly according to the requirements.
5. Sample box
If the cooperation intention is determined with the carton manufacturer, the quoted paper and the cooperation mode have reached an agreement, the carton factory can be required to provide samples. The carton template is usually not printed, which is mainly to determine the paper, size and process quality.
6. The problem of minimum order quantity
Carton factories have a minimum order quantity problem. The minimum order quantity is 30 square meters. The minimum order quantity of different carton factories is different. It is usually recommended to make additional cartons at a time. The fewer you order, the more costly the price will be.
7. Special tips
Carton hardness: As long as it is continuous rainy or wet days, even the original extremely tough carton will become soft (current order is the same).
8. Carton color
The color of all cartons cannot be 100% the same as the color of last time. If the color requirement is extremely high, it must communicate with the carton manufacturer.
